Right of withdrawal - Returns - Refunds

By making a purchase or placing an order, the buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

Our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss VAT. The purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by kitchen-more.ch. The prices displayed on the website at kitchen-more.ch at the time of ordering are decisive. We reserve the right to make price changes and correct pricing errors.

Ordering and Payment

We can only accept and fulfil orders with a delivery address within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

rotel.swiss accepts the following payment methods: TWINT, credit cards and PayPal.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Delivery and shipping costs

Orders are delivered by Planzer AG or other transport service providers to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery takes place within 2 to 3 days as standard.

Where possible, delivery is made to the front door of the house or flat. If the recipient is absent, the order will be left outside the front door of the house or flat.

Upon handover of the goods, or where the goods are left at the door, the benefits and risks pass to the customer.

The recipient or customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Obvious defects must be reported to kitchen-more.ch without delay, at the latest within three working days.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised legally if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in their unopened original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods returned in the condition described, kitchen-more.ch will refund the value of the goods to the customer, minus a return fee of CHF 13.00.

Any delivery costs already incurred cannot be refunded.

Data protection

rotel.swis uses the data provided by customers without their express consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of the order. Data is passed on to the transport company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods, and to the bank responsible for processing the payment. No personal data is passed on to third parties beyond this. So-called social plugins from social networks may be used on our website. If the customer interacts with these plugins (e.g. the Facebook ‘Like’ button), information is transmitted directly to a server belonging to these social media companies and stored there.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Oberarth SZ.
