Our story
Since its founding in 1948 in Aarburg, in the canton of Aargau, Rotel has evolved from a manufacturing company into a leading trading company for household appliances. Our first product, a fan, sold only in small numbers due to a rainy summer. However, with the "Rotel Climaboy hot air fan," we laid the foundation for our diverse product range. Today, we sell around 400,000 appliances annually, thus covering a large portion of consumer needs.

Quality and service
Quality is our top priority. Our devices undergo rigorous testing and incoming inspections to ensure the highest standards. Should anything not function perfectly, our in-house service team will ensure that the device is repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
Current developments
In 2023, we relocated our operations from the Bally site in Schönenwerd to Unterentfelden to further optimize our processes. We are also proud to be official distributors of renowned brands such as Ritterwerk Germany and Fiskars, enabling us to offer you an even wider product range.
