Orange summer drink

Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 3 oranges (freshly squeezed)
- 200 ml cold water or sparkling water
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 5–6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh mint for garnish
preparation
- Squeeze the oranges and put the juice into the blender.
- Add ice cubes, water, lemon juice and honey.
- Start the mixer on medium speed and mix for about 30 seconds until everything is well mixed.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
