Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 150g fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200 ml cold coconut water or orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5–6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)

preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops. Peel the mango and cut it into pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, until the smoothie is creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
